FLOWER BAR: A VERSATILE SPACE FOR CONNECTION

Flower Bar is a fun new way to spend time solo or with loved ones while creating personalized floral designs, and at the same time enjoy great food, coffee and wine!

CREATIVE ENVIRONMENT FOR THE COMMUNITY

We started Flower Bar to provide experiences that root you in meaningful moments.

We’ve set out to bring the community a full-service, interactive floral design studio where you can shop, snack, and create your own unique experience. To connect directly with flowers and the abundance of local farms growing them, we have a space for you to craft your own arrangement stem by stem.

THE POWER OF GIVING

We hope to inspire others to give because it feels good. We just love how this simple act - especially unexpected - can bring warmth to everyone involved and truly transform peoples’ days. In addition to flowers, we offer a variety of wine and chocolate gift baskets!

SELF CARE

Showing up for ourselves is fundamental to showing up for the people we love. When it’s time to treat yourself, we’ll have the wine, chocolate, and hot beverages ready. Bring a book, arrange a bouquet, and consider us a friend to your self love practice.

EVENTS

Your event is personal, so your flowers should be, too. We apply a highly personable, passionate approach to our event clients, and work with you to craft meaningful floral pieces that perfectly express the personality of your event.

IN GOOD HANDS

Flower Bar is founded, owned and operated by two Santa Cruz women, Sharon and Noha.

Sharon’s floral designs were featured at a benefit dinner and caught Noha’s eye, who - appreciative of Sharon’s artistry - reached out about creating arrangements for her own home.

Noha, an interior decorator, home stager, and restaurant owner had been imagining for some time a floral boutique cafe where people could spend quality time together. It just so happened that Sharon was considering opening her own floral studio where people could come together and enjoy the hands on experience of floral arranging and share her life long love of flowers and the knowledge she had gained over the years! Given their complimentary skills and experiences the women felt they would make a fitting team and set out to create a unique and all encompassing experience we know today as Flower Bar.
